Job Title: Behavior Analyst-Grand Prairie ISD, Grand Prairie, TX : Working under an autism grant through Texas Education Agency responsibilities include

● Develop, expand and refine training and development of responses for grant training and supervision for registered behavior technicians and teacher training to increase skills and strategies for the application of behavior analysis in supporting students with autism district wide

● Supervise behavior analysts in training as they present for district employment and retention throughout the life of the grant

● Provide consultation, training and behavior support for student behavior concerns and interventions across campuses, age groups and settings

● Provide technical assistance in the expansion and incorporation of behavior analysis into the district staff positive behavior support practices, as they complement the current use of behavior strategists, Licensed School Psychologist in their central position of IEP and diagnostic decision and procedural direction.
