Finance Manager
Geosan Construction Dynamics is a well- known Construction Company involved in construction of prestigious projects in Europe as well as in other parts of the world. During my tenure with Geosan, Qatar, we have completed a project for (GE) General Electric Research Centre in Doha, Qatar which is for Qatar Petroleum. EXPERIENCE
As a Finance Manager my major achievements were as follows:
Implemented ERP solutions for better Accounting system and information.
Introduced Job Costing System so that we could identify what is the actual cost of each product, how much contribution is received from each job and therefore how much price could be fixed in future.
Job costing helped us to reduce material cost and labor cost as the material and labor consumed by each job was monitored and recorded.
The profit from less than 1 million in 2003 has gone up to 15 million in four years’ time due to introduction of various internal procedures in Interiors International Industries LLC.
Reporting of Monthly Management System was introduced for the Management to know as to what is the actual performance comparing to the budgets made.
Business Plan was introduced so that the entire personnel of the company are informed in advance so as to where the company is planning to reach and focus their attention to achieve the goals of the company. Business plan is made every year for the next three years.
Bank loan was always arranged for huge projects.
Always happy to implement changes for improvement based on the suggestions given by the Internal Auditors.

1. Financial Control : Monitoring Receipts, Payments, Banking, Cash Flow, etc. 2. Budgetary Control : Preparation and presentation of short & long term Business plans

Cost Control : Job Costing- Revenue generated, Cost incurred, GP achieved for each job and analysis of cost variances.
5. Inventory Control : Local Vendor proposals, Credit availability, Age analysis of creditors, Purchase Limits, Minimum & Maximum
