· Review orders submitted against the electronic records for missing or incorrect patient or provider demographics, missed or incorrect testing orders, insurance or billing information. Reports errors to appropriate departments and ensures corrections are completed.

· Contact customers for missing order information,insurance and billing; Create new accounts as requested; Complete spreadsheet, red cap, or pro forms containing compliance, charge credits, issues, corrective action and non-billed study activities
