25June2008 to Dec2012 as an Assistant Engineer in Electrical maintenance Raw Mill & 132KV yard Power system (Plant operation) in J.K. Cement Works, Nimbahera, Dist. Chittorgarh (Rajasthan).

Jan2013 to Dec2016 as an Electrical Project Sr. Engineer at new project site J.K. Cement Works Mangrol (Capacity=5000TPD), Dist. Chittorgarh (Rajasthan).

Presently working from Jan 2017 to till Date as an Assistant manager as Electrical maintenance & planner at J.K. Cement Works Mangrol Dist. Chittorgarh (Rajasthan).

Presently current location is JK cement Amanganj Panna from july 2022 as an Electrical commissioning

Project Work Experience

●Planning and execution work at project site of JK Cement works Mangrol 5000TPD Plant

●Commissioning of 8000TPD JK cement works Mangrol plant.

●Commissioning of 8500TPD Jaykaycem central Ltd Amanganj plant.

●Experience in Erection and Commissioning of HT breaker, Transformer, PMCC, BUS DUCT, HT/LT Motors, HT capacitor, APFC panels, LT drive panel, VFD panel, Main & Aux lighting distribution board, Battery bank & chargers, Earthing system.

●Communication for project related work and co-ordination with owners, engineers / suppliers & field execution personnel.

●All electrical drawings reading, execution and modification work.

●Addressing safety compliances and manpower planning.

Electrical maintenance and shift operation work Experience

●Plant operation & load management (Synchronizing with grid on 132KV with CPP, WHR & D.G.’s) as a Shift In-charge at Nimbahera plant.

●Operation and Maintenance of HT/LT motor, Transformer, HT Breaker, switchgear, LT breaker, PMCC, APFC, LRS/GRR/GRS, plant and utility equipment.

●Monthly walk by inspection, prepare feedback report of inspection through monthly action log
