Customer Service Representative

VXI Global Solutions • Austin, Tx

**/**** - *******

For my shift, as a email and chat representative. I had encountered with numerous clients in regards to their accounts. Some wanted to know why they were being charged for a certain amount on a game that was purcahsed. It is my job and duty, to make sure I am speaking with the account holder. First, I ask for their name, email address &/or their username for the Meta account. Once I am able to identify the client, I proceed with looking into their account to see what the problem is. Most times, the client kid/s hit subscribe for certain games. It is an easy fix, once I get clarification from the customer that they want to cancel, or continue. Also, some wanted to delete their account because it was no longer a need. There were a lot of changes that were made to the Meta account, which caused a lot of customers to log back into their Oculus device. A few customers, didn't remember their password or their username.

Just to make sure it wasn't anybody else trying to play with anyone's identity. Again, we would go through the procedure of making sure the information that was giving to clear them, was also correct on my end. Kept accurate records of all interactions, including customer names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, and product sales

Handled customer inquiries, answered questions, and resolved problems in a timely manner Developed and trained 8 new customer service representatives on the proper handling of customer inquiries Created a new customer database by entering customer information into a database Performed sales analytics and provided recommendations that increased sales by 25% Consumer Service Representative

Realtor.com • Austin, TX

12/2018 - 04/2022

For this role. Everyday we had a set number of how many customers we had to call throughout our shift. The minimum calls were 175 & up. My job, was to make sure all the information that I received from the client was correct. A lot of people were looking to move to a different state, or city. Some, were looking for a loved one that will move to college. So it was my job, to connect the customer with a buyers agent who can best assist them with their needs. Had to do a lot of multitask-ing, on the phone talking to the customer, being an active listener. Making sure the agent is in the area that they need. Realtor.com is pretty cool, customers that needed to get a loan and haven't had any luck getting in touch with a loan officer.

No worries, we can help with that problem as well. Most of the loan officers that I've spoken to, were pretty nice about everything.

Then we have the credit solution, a lot of customers were very insecure with their credit score and wasn't sure where to go from there. I was able to help connect a few of my clients with a credit bureau, that can help get their credit where it need to be.

Built report with the clients, a lot of times they would vent to me, all because I am an active listener. It is very important to make sure you hear them correctly, and repeat back to them what they are saying, just so they know it's not a job to you. Have to treat everyone how you'd want them to treat you. That's my motto for as long as I've been in customer service.

Taco Bell • Pflugerville, TX

09/2012 - 11/2018

This was my very first job, while in high school and college. My job, was to greet the customers as they walk in the lobby with a smile. Make sure I extended help to those who had a few questions about the menu.

Some customers never been to Taco Belk before. So I would give them my options, if they asked me. Being an active listener, making sure their order is correct on the screen before proceeding to payment. A few times I had to deal with angry customers, when their food wasn't made correctly. Not on my part, I always read the order back before continuing. For some reason, the cooks would mess up, or give the customer the wrong order. Everything was pretty simple, once it was closing time. I cleaned my lobby, the restroom, stocked everything back to how it was supposed to be.

Swept and mopped the floors, before clocking out to go home for the night. Took on management roles, had to be a lead for a few of my shifts. Managed a work crew by myself. Became manager my last two years working at Taco Bell. But I wanted something more than food service industry. Maintained a clean and safe work environment, resulting in a 50% reduction in complaints filed with management and a 70% increase in crew satisfaction Provided customer service and was involved in training 2 new team members each month Continually updated a leadership resume and honed skills by participating in various management trainings Skills
