Bath & Body Works Associate Art Director September 2020 - April 2022

During my tenure, I took charge of overseeing all seasonal 360 campaigns, defining the visual positioning for new products, developing concepts, art directing photography and creating branded assets. Additionally, I played a key role in crafting the creative strategy and designing the entire direct mail program in partnership with the CRM team. I was responsible for leading a team of talented designers and visual specialists, while collaborating with copywriters, production managers and other cross-functional partners. Senior Concept Designer March 2016 - September 2020 Ensured the seamless execution of seasonal campaigns by spearheading concept development, typography, photography direction, and crafting 3D props. Alongside these tasks, I managed the design and production of essential branded assets such as shopping bags, gift cards, and gift boxes, while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral and in-store communication materials. American Eagle Outfitters & Aerie Designer May 2008 - February 2011 I designed all seasonal apparel marketing materials, including labels, hangtags, and stamps, collaborating closely with senior designers, apparel designers, merchants, and production teams. Beyond that, I also designed seasonal marketing materials for in-store signage and other collateral. Associate Designer January 2006 - May 2008

As an associate designer, I closely worked with senior designers to create seasonal apparel marketing. The Children's Place Designer February 2011 - 2016 As a designer, I held the crucial role of shaping the visual identity of all seasonal marketing materials. My primary objective revolved around continuously pushing the creative to enhance the brand's overall presence across various platforms and interactions.
