Responsibilities:
Keeps the church records and confidential files on system based records; files, folders back-up and maintain office equipment properly.
Keeps used or past church service plan, bulletins and handbills, updates workers’ data records, constructing and editing of every sunday service plan templates and other service programs
Attending to visitors that come to church, either during the week or on a service day; whether by phone or in-person and also keeps; the outreach and evangelism outing records; for ministers’ visitation/follow-up.
Perform quarterly review of data entry and reports to ensure data preservation are safe
Keeps system based records of the church service records; income analysis from every service, service attendance register, also keeps system records of; deposits, payment and purchase receipts/tellers of funds into church accounts and pays any other utility bill that is assigned to me.
