Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare bid sheets and contracts for maintenance project acquisition.

Collation of reports from maintenance team.

Communicate with the clients and the technicians; reported feedback to management.

Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance technicians.

Prepare and maintain records (rosters, inventories, staff files, facilities status).

Respond to calls, special work order request from manager, technicians, Administration.

Schedule facilities maintenance team and ensured facilities and machines were maintained.

Management of the company’s day-to-day operations and coordinates workers for maintenance.

Check and monitor the physical condition and general upkeep of the building, premises and facilities; communicate facilities defaults to the maintenance team.

Allocation and management of space (office, parking, signage) for compliance with statutory requirements; manage new fit outs/refurbishments.

Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.

Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services.
