.The Solderer is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components on a variety of circuit board assemblies encompassing Pin Thru-hole

and Surface Mount Technologies.

1.Follow assembly procedures and process documentation

2.Verify integrity of material to be assembled.

3.Assemble and / or solder electronic components in specific printed circuit board locations, Following procedure and / or visual aide instruction.

4.Inspect circuit board assembly part to determine soldering requirements.

. Electromechanical Assembler will assemble low to medium complex assemblies as determined by engineering.The Assembler units

will assembler unit such as modules,chassis, mechanical assemblies, tubing assemblies, and packaging kits using assembly documentation.

The Assembler will use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, torque drivers,,and wire

strippers,The Assembler will determine the method and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not really available.

The Assembler may operate automatic assembly equipment . The Assembler may mix epoxies and use chemicals.

1.Build and test sub-assemblies of low to medium complexity.

3.Complete quality work by self-inspection.

4.Meet the set time standards of most assemblies.

5.Recognize defective materials and disposition them appropriately.
