Bell Bank Mortgage Post Closer – November 2016 – July 2023 UƟlizing Encompass soŌware, I reviewed all signed mortgage closing documents before cerƟfying that all documents had correct signatures, notary stamps and dates. If the mortgage was a government loan, i.e. FHA, VA or Rural Development I paid the correct funding fees and followed up for the correct receipts. Documents missing signatures, etc. were sent back to the party to be corrected. I worked closely with North Dakota Housing Finance Agency for first Ɵme home buyers; Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for first Ɵme home buyers and numerous other states including Arizona, New Mexico and Florida.
