June 2020 to April 2021 – State of Michigan Unemployment Agency Call Center Representative. Remote full-time work taking incoming calls from clients during the Pandemic in an extremely high call center where information was always changing.

Assist clients applying for benefits, researching why benefits did not pay, collecting personal data & documents to reduce fraud.
