CLOSING TRANSACTION PROCESS – LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions: Construction to Permanent Loans; Asset Transfers; Equity Lines; Lines of Credit; Refinances and Modifications; Purchases, Sales and Leases (Medical, Dental, Professional Office Condos, Buildings, Retail and Warehouses), Mergers and Acquisition:

1.Consult with Attorney regarding nature and scope of transaction and documents to be drafted.

2.Open physical and electronic files

3.Draft Contract, Letter of Intent and/or Engagement Letter for Client describing Scope of Work and Fee Schedule.
