Setting the costing system, reviewing the actual standard costs, and addressing deviations

A special review of purchases and ensure that they conform to the required specifications Negotiating with suppliers to reach the longest possible credit period

Strict control over the company's assets and quality and the work of its own record to maintain it and prepare its own depreciation.
