Senior Accountant. Hired into a newly created position and contributed to several accounting procedure improvements that streamlined overall financial operations for this international seal and gasket manufacturing company.

• Performed bank account reconciliations, financial reporting, account analysis, expense projections, receivables, collections, and administration of other accounting functions.

• Developed and implemented a new month end closing process for two of the North American companies that reduced time required for closing out the month by 40% through more effective use of time management.

• Selected as project team member on $5 million renovation project of new company headquarters with responsibility for managing finances that resulted in completing project $300,000 under budget and ahead of schedule.

• Successfully mapped multiple general ledgers from 30 different Brunswick Boat Group subsidiaries into one standard general ledger for the software conversion; successfully trained payroll personnel on the software.

• Assisted with performing month end closing process that involved consolidating the financial statements from all 30 subsidiary companies into one financial statement for the Chief Financial Officer and other executive team members.

• Created and maintained the Sarbanes-Oxley narrative related to the payroll procedures.
