Monitor on-going engineering and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract, regulatory codes, QA/QC program and schedule requirements and ensure quality workmanship in all crafts and disciplines
Review and approve engineering deliverables for compliance with contract and industry- and regulatory- codes, company standards and practices
Coordinate the development of conceptual, FEL3 and detailed designs
Effectively communicate issues to Stakeholders and project personnel and recommend value-added solutions
Map existing business processes and proposes optimized alternatives within applicable divisions.
Interface with key stakeholders and senior management to gain necessary approvals and manage risk in accordance with corporate governance
Develop, review, and approve startup & pre-commissioning procedures
Coordinate construction management activities with operations to ensure time-effective start-up and commissioning
