1. KSA Warehouse and logistics Manager at RAK Ceramics (Mar 2019 – Present, Riyadh, Jeddah) With a main objective is to manage inbound and outbound operations across Saudi Market, through designing and monitoring distribution network of business portfolio, and with key focus was on:-

Collaboration with related parties (customs brokers, international and local transportation agents, 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider) to optimize the total cost of warehouse and logistics.

Ensure on-time order fulfilment to customers and clients, through tracking and monitoring daily orders status, service level and availability.

Lead Inventory Control management systems across warehousing locations to ensure stock Accuracy level – Cycle counts-

Track and report Inventory Aging and Provision Calculation.

Determine and design resources requirements from all aspects– Staffing, WH Space, and Assets- to ensure product availability and delivery on time.

Ensure Warehouse personnel safety and goods security through tracking and monitoring safety rules and WH machines/ locations conditions. 2. Warehouse Leader at Procter& Gamble Egypt (Jul 2016 – Dec 2018, Cairo, Egypt) Supervise day to day activities and teams within greater Cairo network of warehouses, ensuring compliance to Standard work processes and provide services to Production lines, Planning teams, Export, EHS, Quality, Key responsibilities:-

Ensure the optimal inventory levels of raw materials are maintained to fulfilled daily production needs.

Track skill gaps for warehouse coordinators and submit training plans closing gaps.

Provide timely service to production while minimizing warehouse and production costs.

Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Maintain stock allocation and accuracy in SAP with proper documentation.

Monthly circulate inventory aging report to planning and finance for liquidation/ scrapping plan for the slow-moving materials.

Perform periodic inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy at target.

3. FG Warehouse coordinator at Procter & Gamble Egypt. (Jun 2011–May 2016, Cairo, Egypt) Perform day to day warehousing activities in compliance to Standard work processes providing services to Production lines, Planning teams, Export, EHS, Quality, Key responsibilities:-

Work with Agility 3PL on daily inbound & outbound plan and monitor the interface between both systems (SAP, Exceed) to make sure nothing blocked during system movements.

Track and monitor physical inventory of FG to fulfill daily shipping plans to wholesale partners.

Allocate and move FG stocks from production lines to warehouses.

Prepare SAP documentation for GRN, Delivery note, Sales Note, Return Note, etc.

Perform other stock-related duties, including returns, Re-packing and labeling.

Monitor and track damaged & Expiry stocks and proceed with approved liquidation/ scrap orders on SAP.

Ensure stock movements according to FIFO rules.

4. Export and custom clearing coordinator at P&G (Jul 2009-May 2011) Role represents the coordination point between customer service teams and local operation planning teams, to ensure sufficient loading/ shipping plans.,

Check availability of FG stocks with FG warehouse coordinators and reserve quantities as per export order.

Prepare proper documentation for export orders –bank ICs, invoices, Packing lists, bill of lading…etc..

Prepare loading plans, align the plans with custom clearance agents and Warehouse coordinators.

Send original documents with customers as per actual loading.

Track performance of 3pl service providers – clearing and truckers- 5. Raw and pack Materials Supply planner at P&G (Feb1996-Jun 2009) Deliver Effective supply plans for Raw and Pack material Deliveries. To insure smooth Production Run. And keep inventory at targets.

Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of both local and imported materials to Warehouse.

Control material orders as per allocation from purchasing.

Issue purchase orders to suppliers and track delivery status.

Track supplier’s performance according to tolerance.

Coordinate with custom clearance, WH, logistics teams to ensure material delivery to final destination.

Track and coordinate performance of transportation agents with purchasing teams.

Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.

Responsible for Raw and pack materials planning parameters, and master data Accuracy, to insure that ERP System is generating valid plans.

Generate/ participate in cost saving projects within material supply scope.

Coordinates with the Technical department to periodically revise the Bill of materials consumption rates.

Monitors the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items. Assignment Located in Cairo Plant 6th of October City. 6. Spare parts technical buying at P&G (Nov 1988-Jan 1996)

Assist Buyers in execution on buy plans and update buying range plan for the assigned department/category

Prepare reports/ other sources which will suffice Buyers requirements on day to day buying plans

Help in tracking shipments form the Supplier to the territory logistic

Prepare relevant samples for product review and PR activities
