HYPERLINK "mailto:ad4iye@r.postjobfree.com" ad4iye@r.postjobfree.com April 11, 2016 As an Industrial Technology professional with mid-level management experience in the Manufacturing industry, I learned that the best way to achieve success is to motivate the resources I have with direct objectives and self-empowerment. I am a highly motivated individual that enjoys keeping busy and taking on a true challenge when I see one.

In December 2010, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with two minors in Construction Management and Business Administration from Ball State University. I obtained my Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Ivy-Tech Community College in 2008. Shortly after graduating from Ball State, I started a contractual internship with the Chrysler Group at the Kokomo Transmission Plant (KTP) in Kokomo, Indiana. I primarily worked as a WCM Specialist accumulating data and presenting AM, PM, and Safety boards. I put together machine ledgers for the maintenance team. I gathered the production lines OEE and OLE and utilized the data to implement resources where necessary.

I received my full time position as a Production Supervisor in January 2012. From January to August 2013, I managed anywhere from 15-35 employees daily while covering all three shifts throughout the year. There was a strong emphasis put on Six Sigma manufacturing systems. I was responsible for attaining daily production rates and dispensing thru-put data as well as managing employee’s pay and vacations.

During this time I was sent to Detroit, Michigan for a weeklong training course in WCM processes. Upon my return I implemented KPI’s & KAI’s while working along with management, skill trades, and hourly personnel to prioritize resources to each activity/project. I created machine ledgers and categorized critical components to ensure that parts could be readily available for maintenance and production needs.

In 2013 I started traveling all over the United States and some parts of Canada working for SJM contracting as a fabricator/Welder. Building 12 Gauge stainless steel pools and Bulk Heads for some of the larger aquatic companies based out of Indiana. In 2015 I moved from Indiana to Prior Lake, MN. Where my Fiancé and I live with our daughter.

Since I have been in the cities I have established myself at Pioneer Metal Finishing and quickly moved my way up starting from a tooling team leader to now, as a production scheduler. From 1999 to current day I have also managed and helped maintain my grandfather’s 2000+ acres of rentals, farmland, and other commercial properties whether it be landscape design or the maintenance of properties, apartments, fields, etc.

During high-school summers I worked 3 years professionally, cutting greens at Meshingomesia Golf and Social Club located in Marion, IN. And I have also worked 3 years for a professional landscaping company called C&K Lawn care which is now known as ALH Lawn care also based out of Marion, IN.
