Ensure quality control and assurance for MEP/Civil/Estate operations for BHC properties, adhering to UK Standards.
Liaise with external stakeholders, estate suppliers, landlords, and vendors to accommodate BH Staff, fostering positive relationships.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations for tenders, actively participating as a procurement committee member for awarding the selected bidder along with the Hub.
Supervise contractor management, implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for on-boarded vendors under BHC.
Monitor the performance of outsourced Facilities Management services, ensuring contractual compliance and advising contractors on their improvements in identified areas of weaknesses.
