Provide executive-level support to general manager and executive directors

Prepare reports for corporate and maintain proper records of files

Maintain good rapport with management and hourly employees.

Control expenses of office supplies and equipment on a monthly basis.

Direct incoming calls in the executive office to proper departments and mangers.

Handle and report all guest incidents with insurance company

Attend executive meetings and take notes

Prepare annual review & birthday lists every month.

Work with Payroll to insure accurate; Vacation/Sick/Time/Holiday Pay/Off w/o pay and job codes and wages are correct.

Communicate to employees; policies and procedures (non-union & union) handbooks.

Review employee files; updated; status, address, phone # and promotions and salary increases Review all paperwork for auditing once a year.

Assists with special projects; compiling information for union grievances. Prepare Executive Committee Performance Reviews, and annual salary increases.
