Maintained feature database. Wrote numerous database programs using Infomaker & Oracle software to access and organize key feature information.

Evaluated proposed features for the long distance network, to determine if these proposals were affordable, technically possible, and economically desirable.

Managed the Development Commitment process for AT&T Business Services. This included using the process to financially commit new switching features for the AT&T Switched Network, as well as regular process improvements. Process improvements include elimination of paper commitment documents in favor of web-based documents.

Wrote and managed $20 million annual switching budgets. Budgets did not significantly overrun.

Prioritized AT&T switching features for Performance Verification testing. Capacity of testing facilities was a major bottleneck. PV Prioritization process ensured that the most important features were tested and deployed. This process also significantly improved capacity of testing facilities, to the point where it is no longer the bottleneck in our development process.

Developed/Redeveloped ABS Network Implementation division web pages, including the Technology Planners’ Web Page, which provides critical commitment data to Systems Engineers.
