With more than ** years of creative and managerial expertise to my credit, I never lose sight of the ultimate responsibility of a manager and Creative Director: To foster passion and creativity in my team members while ensuring brands and services successfully convey their message to the consumer and trade markets. During my 21 years as co-founder and managing partner with Topspin, our agency had the pleasure of working with many long- standing clients which included; Johnson & Johnson, Bausch + Lomb, L’Oréal, Sanofi, Novo Nordisk, Frontage, Avon, Avrio and more. Cultivating and nurturing long standing relationships was and always will be one of my major priorities. Prior to co-founding Topspin in 2002, I successfully led teams at QLM Marketing and Clarion Marketing where we created campaigns for premier companies and brands such as Dr. Pepper/7UP, Guinness Import Brands, Kraft, British Airways, Pinnacle Brands and Johnson & Johnson.

Outside the office, my passions include music, scuba diving, and supporting dog rescue efforts working with Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue (DVGRR) and Dutch Country Animal Rescue (DCAR). I currently live in Bucks County, PA. with my two adopted canine “kids”.

Professional Experience: (I’d go back earlier but here’s what you really want to see!) Managing Partner, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer The Topspin Group Jun 2002 – Nov 2023

Oversaw all creative, provided superior client service and continued to define the creative vision and capabilities for Topspin. Managed and supported the creative and production teams as we worked to exceed client expectations with every project. Developed sales and consumer marketing materials for Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Avon, L’Oréal, Sanofi, Pinnacle Foods, Novo Nordisk, Frontage, Avrio and many more.

Creative Director QLM Marketing 1998 – 2002

Managed and created for several major accounts including but not limited to; Kraft, British Airways, T-Fal and Hillshire Farm. Set policies and expectations for the Creative and Production Departments. Put my team members in the best position to succeed by providing creative insight and support.

Sr. Art Director Clarion Marketing 1994 – 1998

Creative Development and management for all sales and consumer marketing materials for Dr. Pepper/7UP brands including; Dr. Pepper, 7UP, Squirt and Sun Drop. Spearheaded creative development on all on and off premise materials for Guinness Import brands: Guinness Stout & Harp.

Art Director Chinnici Direct 1993 – 1994

Conceptualized and designed print and collateral for Chase and UPS for this New York City boutique agency. Education:
