Director - Private Equity Performance Improvement, Alvarez and Marsal, US Los Angeles, CA June 2022 – Oct 2022 Provided solutions solving supply chain problems with expertise in labor, inventory, material flow, production/deployment planning, and business processes. Worked with clients to quantify and achieve improved productivity and effectiveness.

• Improved parts scheduling, flow and fill rates at a client’s production facility. The changes resulted in on-time manufacturing and delivery to customers. The project ultimately enabled increases in production rates.

• Identified operational opportunities that would generate $3 million annually in cost savings post implementation. Logistics Network Support Leader, Coty Inc. North America, US New York, NY Apr 2018 – Apr 2022 Managed a team of business process experts focused on developing tools and performance reports using MS Power BI and SQL. The system extracts data from SAP, JDA, and WMS data sources and translates forecasts into resource requirements. It also identifies inventory problems and resolutions. Tools automate research and recommend resolutions.

• Spearheaded a team of six professionals dedicated to streamlining supply chain functions and driving transactional discipline. Reductions in duration of i-doc failure, open in transit inventory and aging inventory.

• Improved order fill rates from 84.5% in 2018 to 97.6% in 2019 by setting up a system to get inventory into “pickable” locations from “dark” locations before an order was released.

• Directed the development of processes that automates research of transactional failures and worked with my team to implement them globally. Processes result in standardization of the research of process failures and root causing.

• Created deep analytic tools that identify demand planning input failures such as forecast error that crosses safety stock thresholds, master data errors or failures, mis-mapped customer master data. • Improved order build productivity by 27.7% through implementation and execution of engineered labor standards. Administered a $3.1M budget managing multiple engineering consulting vendors across multiple implementations.

• Labor Management System implementations saved an annual $14.5M across 32 sites. The program focused on change management, supervisor training, system maintenance, and interaction with associates on the floor.

• Generated 16% improvement in productivity by creating real time labor performance tools for delivery route drivers. Tools were used by supervisors during route rides and focused on training and work methods. • Decreased out of stocks by 50% by developing a database application using ODBC that identified inventory deficiencies. Process identifies pending out of stocks and remedied them by piggy backing on existing transports.

• Ensured uniformity, accuracy, and consistency in ongoing operations by developing master data management tools, processes and settings for APO/SNP implementations.
