BUSINESS ANALYST

• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.

• Translates and documents business requirements into functional and technical requirements, workflow/dataflow diagrams that are clear, accurate, and concise.

• Collaborates and provides business analysis support to the product owner, business sponsors, customers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and development team members.

• Works closely with the Product Owner in managing, prioritizing, and grooming the product backlog.
