Collaborative efforts with the refinery operations team and lab colleagues to ensure finished product shipments are not delayed. Helping prevent non-compliance occurrences at the onsite water treatment plant during production unit upsets and incidences of heavy rainfall with additional testing or providing lab support during off hours. Responsibilities aside from lab analysis include data entry of test results, monitoring Statistical Quality Control charts for anomalies and violations, calibrating lab analysis equipment, communicating with operations regarding off test results or other product issues, and performing routine safety checks of lab working areas and emergency equipment .
