I’m an Operation Manager with a wide experience in manufacturing field (mainly automotive). I have worked nearly 15 years in Quality as Quality Manager before taking over the responsibility of Operations Area (Technical dept, quality, production, purchasing and logistic areas). I have always worked in companies well structured, with more than just one plant as well as highly automated production plants. Main customers: Volkswagen Group, Tesla, Ferrari, Whirlpool, General Electric. Main products: Powertrain components and systems, Gas Burners, Gas Valves, Heating Elements. My best skills are: leadership, problem solving, continuous improvement, decision-making, time management, team building, goal- driven and customer-oriented. As Quality Manager I led teams with more than 10 people, having the responsibility of 2 plants (Italy, Brazil, Romania). Currently I’m Operations Manager for a company of 190 people, with 4 production plants. My main responsibility is to define, apply and overseen operative plans, define related objectives and KPI and report the results to General Manager; on daily basis I manage every problem could arise along the entire supply chain as well as in development process of new products. My main focus is to improve the operative performance (quality, production, purchasing, safety) and to do that I apply Lean, Six Sigma, Quality tools and methodologies as well as Servant Leadership. I think that people are the best and powerful asset of any company and the most important thing is to build a very strong cooperation inside every team and entire organization as well. • Improved production efficiency (injection molding) increasing OEE from 84% up to 92% by using team building and team working methodologies, as well as Lean Tools (Tech-Pol, 2018)

• Reduced customer claims cost and improved customer satisfaction by applying statistical process control on key production processes (Defendi, 2011)

• Reduced internal not-quality cost from 7,5% to 4,3% by improving the efficiency of production tools and equipment (Tastitalia, 2009)
