DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER, LOGISTICS 09/2021 TO 06/2022 FULL TIME 65 HOURS A WEEK

Served as Deputy Program Manager for Logistics for Loyal Source Government Services. Responsible for the health, welfare, and well being of 6 employees. Managed the day to day activities in support of the organization’s mission in support of the Afghan refugees with an operational budget of $47M annually. My main role was to ensure all medical and organizational supplies and equipment were on hand and if not on order accordingly as well as manage the organizatios medical/supply contracts. Once equipment and or supplies were received, the items were accounted for and distributed to the proper location and signed for by that particular department. In addition I managed 275,000 square feet of real property buildings and 6 non-tactical vehicles. Served as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) exercising all duties on ground for the Contracting Officer in accordance with the FAR and DFAR. In addition to those items as resources, we used SAP, Oracle, and ERP to assist in accuracy and accountability.

CHIEF OF LOGISTICS 10/2012 to 07/2020

Senior management official directly responsible for all logistics functions and requirements needed to plan, organize, direct, administer and control the logistics support operations for Lyster Army Health Clinic, its subordinate outlying medical treatment facilities and industrial hygiene and environmental health activities, the U.S. Army Dental Command, as well as indirect responsibility for support and assistance to a variety of special services located throughout Fort Rucker, AL, such as the U.S. Army Veterinary Command, SERE, 7th SFG, and one MEPS. Manages logistics support systems and serves as Contracting Officer's Representative for the DOD Prime Vendor (Medical/Surgical Supply) Contract using the FAR and DFAR as guidelines for success.

Significant Contributions:

Maintains revenue of $37 Million dollars to include $16.5 million dollars in medical devices.

Administratively accountable for the life cycle replacement of the Command’s medical significant devices

Directly advises leaders on medical material management, maintenance management, hazardous waste management and property book inventory management.

Maintained accountability until property was transferred to another Accountable Officer or until the property is dropped on a valid voucher. Oversaw and maintained the Medical Care Support Equipment (MEDCASE) Program, Super Capital Expense Equipment Program (SUPER CEEP) and Capital Expense Equipment Program (CEEP). Coordinated and executed the processing of requests for expendable and nonexpendable supplies and equipment. Ensured physical inventories were directed, completed, reconciled and adjusted. Managed the Asset Data Maintainer role and is responsible for creating and maintaining asset master data in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Managed, administered and exercised control over government property through individual Hand Receipts.
