The way I work:

I am Passionate about excellence in customer care; as every business relies on them returning. When so many options for alternatives are readily available literally at their fingertips, it's crucial to set yourselves apart. To me that is making sure they have the experience they deserve. The kind of service that keeps people coming back time and time again. I believe in the golden rule, treat them the way you would want to be treated yourself.

I work best alone, but I love a good motivated team atmosphere. I don't believe in keeping track of every little thing, see a need, fill a need. If they need a hand and I have one I'll help out, and I would hope the opposite is true. To me it is literally that simple. Just like everyone else I have my flaws but I’m aware of, and working on them and try not to let them cause issue with anyone else .
