Oversaw a team of seven and was responsible for all Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) real estate. Responsibilities included acquisition and disposal of land and buildings, lease negotiation, rights of way, easements, sidewalk land acquisition, eminent domain acquisition, and all non-profit facilities both owned and leased, associated with Metro government.
