•Managed staff of six professional chefs and set design assistants. Ensured off- and on-screen prepared food was camera ready on time.

•Collaborated with photographers and art directors to produce, prepare, plate, style, and prop food for film, TV productions and print media.

•Worked with companies such as McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Barilla Pasta, Calphalon Inc., Smirnoff Vodka, Kraft Foods and Loews Hotel.
