With over 25 years of organizational change management experience that spans executive coaching to shop floor training, no stone is left unturned when determining how best to support change in any size organization, with any methodology (Activate, Prosci, Kotter, etc.). My expertise with the people and process legs of the people/process/technology implementation triad makes me the conduit between executive business representatives and ERP technical and functional representatives.
