Supervised construction of a free draining slope, 97 feet in elevation and with a 1.3:1 angle of repose, consisting of 38,000 tons of R-3, R-4, and R-5 Rip Rap. Supervised seven acre landfill consisting of three 2:1 slopes and one 3:1 slope.
