Preparing purchase bills, sales bills & excise gate passes in a computerised manner and assisting in raising debit & credit notes.

Credit Operations

Appraising credit proposals & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing the credit, ensuring compliance with organizational credit policies.

Performing the functions of assessing creditworthiness of clients and taking adequate steps to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of bad debts.

Conceptualizing & implementing recovery strategies in case of payment defaults.

Handling defaulters / insolvent clients and initiating appropriate legal actions against them.

Taxation

Preparing documents for scrutinizing income tax, ensuring timely assessment and filing of quarterly & half yearly return Service Tax & T.D.S. returns in compliance with statutory acts.

Handling deduction, deposit of TDS on contract, rent, salary and issuing of TDS certificates.

Assisting the auditor in finalizing profit / loss account & balance sheet.

Budgeting

Supervising the budgeting and providing relevant information to management by structuring the MIS for related areas.

Preparing annual budgets & ensuring effective mobilization of funds for effective accomplishment of organisational goals.

Commercial Operations

Managing the overall procurement of raw and packing material and handling, invoicing, checking & forwarding of the material.

Advance planning of procurement functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all raw materials. Preparing the working capital proposals.

Liaisoning with the Income Tax, GST, Excise officials, internal & external auditors, local authorities and other Govt. / Semi-Govt. Bodies.

Conducting Monthly Management Review Meeting & Keeping track of the Debtors and Creditors.
