1) Laureus: Developed & implemented Policies/SOPs aligned with organization's road map to include industry’s best practices. Assisted coalition group & grassroot NGOs in establishment of company/organizational documents in 9 months which are very essential for their sustainability and hence accomplish a remarkable task in minimal time frame.

2) Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council: A) Arbitrated a highly controversial Director’s dispute and acted as a bridge between the parties to resolve the Board matters with exceptional coordination in enormous stressful and pressure situation. Moreover, became the part of working committee under steering committee led by Founder Director & Chairman (DWSSC).

B) Dealt harassment cases with NCW, DWC, Labour Commission Office, State & District Authorities in Covid times due to high rate of lay off. Took initiative to minimize such critical situations by requesting management and presented departmental reports to stabilize the situation.

3) Gazelle Business Media (GBM): Being a startup, developed incentive and reward schemes for intense sales force - got direct reporting to UK office (Valiant Business Media (VBM)).

4) HCL: Got appreciation from Assistant Manager HRSC domain HCL for singlehandedly handling queries on 4 domains on Software/Cloud base platform, the task was meant for 3 resources. Whereas, catered 4 domains for more than 10 months solely and then finally provided the Knowledge Transfer (KT) of the process to 2 new resources to normalize the work load and for better quality.
