***Achievement Payment term negotiations resulted in a $29,000 cash improvement over 3 POs for the month of April, over 13 POs for the month of May resulting in $1.2M in savings. In October 2019, on one RFQ negotiation, I received over $550,000 in hard savings and a 42% cost avoidance.

I work about 5,000-part numbers in my commodites, working requisitions and sending out request for quotes, negotiating pricing based on cost out goals, entering purchase agreements and terms

Following up to ensure that any new parts have shipped by new supplier by due date, Monitor lead times to ensure parts are on order in time

Document PA folders based on Government requirements, Extending LTAs with suppliers and receiving deflationary pricing

Determine which parts need a VE estimate and send to engineering. Ensure pricing is fair & reasonable

Achievement In 2016 negotiations, I received $1.2M in deflation for the LEAP engine program, In 2017, $700K deflation for the GE9X engine program. Final savings not yet determined by the time I left.
