As my resume indicates, I have more than 35 years’ experience in the construction field with extensive residential construction background and some commercial. Additionally, I have over 25 years of extensive experience in the structural engineering field. I expect nothing less but the utmost perfection of any work I perform. I have completed 160 college credit hours of my BSM degree. I have extensive experience in the following but not limited to, construction management, project management, Superintendent, maintenance, drafting, AutoCAD, Certificates in Visible Opacity, Reading, Advanced AutoCAD, and Lead paint Removal in either federal occupancies and/or HUD housing.
