2016-2018 Basic Enterprises, Inc. and PSK Logistics-Elk Grove Village, IL. Interim Chief Financial Officer. $25 million transportation and warehousing company. responsible for day-to-day accounting. Supervision of 4 accounting and IT staff. key accomplishment:

Formation of a new brokerage operation.

Obtain financing for the merger and brokerage operation. 2008-2017 Clark Street Capital Management, LLC-Shareholder in a loan sale business and bank consultancy firm. Performed loan sales for regional and community banks, loan reviews, management studies for the FDIC and capital analysis. Sold my interest in the company in 2017.

2008-2015 SomerCor 504, Inc. and Inland SBA Management Corporation-Chicago, IL. A non-profit mission-based organization that provides small business loans through the SBA under the Certified Development Company Program. The overall mission was to increase employment by small businesses through providing SBA 504 loans. Portfolio size of $450 million. Additionally, we ran the SBIF (Small Business Improvement Fund) for the City of Chicago.
