This system is aimed at replacing traditional manual attendance methods, such as sign-in sheets or ID cards, to provide a faster and more secure way of tracking attendance.
The system will allow each employee to register by capturing their facial recognition images and this information will be used to compare faces when the user is logging in.
Employees will clock into the system using facial recognition biometric technology to identify them based on their unique facial features and the system will mark their attendance automatically.
The system must be able to match the employee's face to the photo that was archived in the database in the process of registration, if both faces match it will mark the attendance automatically.
It will use an IP address to scan the location of the employee.
The system will provide detailed reports, and provide a convenient, fast, and secure way of tracking employee attendance. The system will also eliminate the need for manual sign-in sheets and reduce the risk of errors or fraud.
