Answer multiple phone line for residents, aids, nurses, ect. I also page and dispatch aids as needed when call lights trigger. I schedule tours of the facility. Deal with on-call nurse and emergencies that arise in the shift. Help residents or family with any needs. Help schedule transportation if needed.

When unable to get payment in-full would help the company and the customer by setting up a “Hardship Prog.” Which was an agreed low monthly payment with dropped interest. I would keep them happy by also waiving a few late payments as well.
