2020–2024

Answer multiple phone line for residents, aids, nurses, ect. I also page and dispatch aids as needed when call lights trigger. I schedule tours of the facility. Deal with on-call nurse and emergencies that arise in the shift. Help residents or family with any needs. Help schedule transportation if needed.

This is a family owned and run business. My father has been in business 40yrs. I have been with him for 11yrs. I handle our 6-line phone operations whether its transfers, paging, scheduling an appt. I also take care of all the invoices entering. I bill up job and take payments. Also keep track and manage employees vacation/PTO/sick time. Submit Payroll amongst several other important tasks.

I would strive to get payment on delinquent high balance business credit card. When unable to get payment in-full would help the company and the customer by setting up a “Hardship Prog.” Which was an agreed low monthly payment with dropped interest. I would keep them happy by also waiving a few late payments as well.

I started out as a hostess and moved quickly to server as I learn very fast and am very much an outgoing people person.
