Serve as the primary contact and liaison between RM Personnel and client in matters relating to the administration of the day-to-day Human Resources support of RMP’s temporary personnel assigned to client. This includes but is not limited to all of the regular human resources requirements (i.e. employment, labor, management and employee relations, EEO, ADA/FMLA, Training, Benefits, Compensation, Safety, etc.). Oversee the basic day-to-day onsite payroll issues. Significant safety or payroll issues are elevated to the appropriate department. Explain and carry out company and client policies and procedures and assure State and Federal Employment Laws are adhered to. Conduct and assist in the discipline of employees in accordance with the company’s discipline policy. Conduct termination of employees in accordance with policies and laws. Prepare and/or review all paperwork associated with HR actions for employees including job: status, salary, shift, department, changes, performance, appraisals, etc. Comply at all times with all rules, regulations, policies and laws governing this type of work. Provide on-site orientation and awareness of the basic safety program and its application to the client. Work with the Benefits/Risk Manager and Department Coordinator on issues of safety and/or accidents.
