Duties also include the design of the digital signage backbone to include processors, switchers, scalers and multi- channel video players in order to complete turnkey digital signage solutions. Field Project Manager/Service Manager 2/90 to 8/93 Responsible for making sure that the team received the best service available in order for projects to be more efficient and profitable. The industry was based on successful and unparalleled operation of systems, being that there was no such thing as “discard and replace” at the time. Technology had to be made to operate at factory specification in the shortest period, in order to excel over the competitor.

Duties included over seeing and directing work crews on many projects being installed at the time. Some of my duties while in the field would be to instruct outside contractors on scope of work, build completion schedules and manage all union and non-union trades.
