Commercial Loan Officer (June 2021 – January 2024)
Support, Lead, and Originate commercial real estate loans through CUBS on behalf of 40 participating credit unions through a variety of commercial asset classes
Timely perform initial underwriting on loan requests and communicate quickly and effectively to Borrower potential parameters should the request be deemed a possible good fit for all parties involved
Create Participation Opportunity presentations to share with appropriate credit unions outlining the request, subject property, financials, the market, and recommendations on loan structure

Upon receipt of deposit, coordinate with Director of Underwriting and the Borrower to facilitate communication and collection of all necessary documents to formally analyze the loan request

Upon completion of underwriting and submission to and final decision approval of the potential credit union participants, issue Commitment Letter to the Borrower

Review loan documents drafted by Lender’s outside Legal Counsel for negotiation with Borrower’s Counsel
Coordinate with Closing Coordinator, Lender’s outside Legal Counsel and the Borrower to successfully close loan upon receipt of all required documents
