Served as a senior consultant at Wells Fargo supporting the identity access management (IAM) implementation and remediation initiative across the enterprise beginning with the Oracle IAM solutions (virtualization) all focused on roles and responsibilities, governance, compliance, and risk.

Consultant on a state government department (NCDPI) initiative supporting the identity access management (IAM) implementation using SAML (AWS cloud (virtualization)) as primary point of contact.

Provide senior leadership of IT resources for credit card and debit card systems, responsible for all aspects of IT planning, implementation, infrastructure governance (Call center and data center), and compliance supporting business objectives using SLDC, Scrum/Agile methodologies in North America, LatAM and EMEA including human resource management, interviews, skills qualification determination, reviews, etc.,

Led/developed strategy for technology initiatives in Latin America (Brazil 2001-2003) to include, application development, develop ERP for core functions, infrastructure hardware/software upgrades, process re-engineering, CRM, production support, human resources, configuration management, security, workflow, billing/recovery, security for front and back office, call enter and data center responsibility management, to include E2E application development and delivery of a flagship payment services application in Latin America (Brazil 2001) with a team of 100+ in Latin America and 40+ in North America.

Led certification of all processes for Y2K, obtained core team of 130+ team and reduced to 33 team members, reducing cost from $1MM to $100K per month, achieved operational status in less than 5 months.

Led the application development of a debit card processing application (Pass-Thru) on time and under budget at an initial cost of $1MM delivering a $1MM gross profit monthly, managed on-going development and support.

Led/developed strategy for technology initiatives in The United Kingdom (1999-2000), responsible for application development, front/back-office operations, infrastructure upgrades, process re-engineering, etc.,
