Maintenance Instrument/Electrical SAP Planner

SAP Planner for Instrument and Electrical technicians with a primary focus of building plans that are accurate and complete. Plans include site drawing, pictures, schematics, area safety requirements and manual instructions. Phillips 66 sits on 1800 acres which is almost 4 square miles. We employ over 1000 employees and have 50 to 60 E&I technicians that I planned for. The focus is always to find the Root Cause and Analysis, when possible to improve MTBF. Weekly meetings with engineering and operations to discuss planning priorities and top ten actors. Review equipment failures and run reports to identify areas for improvement to reduce downtime. Support and repair a facility wide DCS system Honeywell TDC 3000 controlling production, furnaces, powerhouse, rail car and raw material unloading, and environmental controls. Schedule required PM work orders and SIS testing.

Maintenance Instrument/Electrical Supervisor/SAP Planner

Leading a multi-shift team of Electronic Technician’s and Shift Mechanic’s to support the maintenance of assets, systems, utilities, instrumentation & controls, and calibration program for a large multi – facility food grade chemical plant on 22 acres housing 32 buildings. This include repair and maintenance of material handling systems and converyors, Safeline Metal Detectors and Micro-Motions. Support and repair a facility wide DCS system Honeywell TDC 3000 controlling production, furnaces, powerhouse, rail car and raw material unloading, and environmental controls. Create and plan daily work schedules including modifying and creating new PM tasks with SAP CMMS. Monthly Metrics and Pareto Charts to identify and evaluate root causes and provide an action plan to help reduce and minimize future re-occurrences. Manage on-site and off-site contractors to provide service in a timely and professional manner. Provide services and support to Engineering for capital projects and system upgrades.
