Part A : A full length journey of a Candidate in a organization from On boarding to Alumni. Resumes received are read through the Pega NLP feature and divided based on skills. Ensuring the best match resume is provided to the Recruiter based on search criteria for the interview. Providing a mobile application for the candidate to onboard.

Part B : Off boarding process for a candidate made easy through the Depart Application. The received candidate’s resignation request undergoes through level of approvals by various teams and generating his pay slip and Experience letter in the application. Providing an Alumni Application for the departed candidates to stay closed and updated.
