Working in HI Ambulatory R&A team to providing the highest level of the customer support and work in myChart area with the customers to provide the necessary data to meet their needs.

Worked on the project of MyChart activations Providence dashboard to consist with the Success Measure Scorecard. The dashboard was not built using the same definitions as the Success Measure Scorecard. The primary difference is how activations are being attributed to each region. The initial ask of the report was to identify the number of active patients for a region, not for where they signed up. Not all patients have a PCP. The baseline data for each report is different. No column of myChart activations consistently defined in Epic at the patient level. In order to attribute them to a region, both the dashboard and the measure are using the patient’s last encounter and using that encounter location to attribute to a region. In order to attribute them to a region, both queries are using the patient’s last encounter and using that encounter location to attribute to a region. The queries are broken down to department, until patient level to figure out discrepancy between two reports. I modify the queries of ETL process and the Crystal Report with new pull criteria, change mapping table.

Develop HIM Release to myChart report, which provides a summary of patient activity for ROI (release of Information) records released to MyChart. The report is summarized at the Region, Department and Patient level. Additionally, the report can drill down to get detailed patient information, Release ID, action type, action date/time and the comments associated with this action.
