Management and I had a common goal of growth within the company when I was hired as a warehouse picker; and I began picking, putting away, and shipping orders. My performance from this position propelled me to a promotion as an Inventory Cycle Counter, where I maintained inventory counts and balanced those counts with the numbers we had in the system, after this I became an Inventory Cycle Supervisor. With this I was able to learn company processes for productivity, leadership, and time management; then build on the corporate stencil making my team's daily, weekly, and yearly reports the best in the building.
