After one year, I was promoted to Team Leader. In this position I help the Manager to fill out forms and help the workers feel comfortable with their jobs. I also assist by settings up for the next day production.

I would also fill in for absent employees and assist in different departments they were struggling due to lack of personnel. I always demonstrate the team player that I am, and the willingness to learn new things.

I verified the vest tag information with scanner and physical inspection the past or failed it for cleaning, final inspection and packaging. I also did quality control of the vest tiles using an X-ray machine. When production was slow, I would go to Elektra Machine operator in this Department I operated a machine to cut material for all departments and when the production was slow I would go to the sewing department running an industrial sewing machine.

working in a zero tolerancy, first work in the crimp area I went up to count and inspect the material that was needed to start a job, in this work was to search for any defects that may detect in the material before use, selected part that had scratches, marks, stains material broken, and inspect that the party was not crooked or crushed on everything in the corners of each; were sent to an inspector or the engineer in charge of this work, we expected to give us the ok and ordered the work by dates or priority according to the customers. Once we finished the orders we placed to connect parts with pins or sockets had to be put with much care not to bend the pin and that they were well in the correct position that is required, you had to inspect very well before you pass it that did not have any defects or that were crammed, once learned that I moved to full pot which is required of a review before working with this since it was important to know which types of poxy use, and temperatures.

In this company work well comfortable, work environment was companionship and much respect for others as considered as a real human being. This company had Principal office in Texas which decided to move there and that was completed that work well, we were offered to move us together with them to Texas, but not everyone wanted to already we had family here.

Macy's Logistics and Operations.

In this company I am working in the department of ICQA, and my job is to do inventory control of the products sold online. We make sure that the products are in good condition and the amount we have in the wearhouse. We also help put the merchandise that customers return for any reason. We also return products where it belongs or create new spaces for the merchandise. I use a gun which stores information where the products in existance. I was then promoted to the area of exception and weight check. In this area, we fill in the incomplete orders when they are not done right because they lacked a product or did not find it in that area of picking, we also make list orders that are made through the computer where excell program is used to make the list by each of the departments. We Also do selection that is made to the return the merchandise that is returned by the department of exception, which is selected by setting a location and separated to be sent to the appropriate department, also we dos a little trouble shooter and you have to look for the number of the UPC corresponding to any merchandise that has no label, the UPC is printed and look for a location where it is appropriate to go in this area. Packages that are overweight I have to check because it has weighed more or less, and I have to open them and making sure that package have the merchandise that the invoice says, and if is more will change the shipping line that corresponds according to the weight and put on the line where they are to be sent to the client.

On some occasions when it gets slow in that area you will have to go help other departments, which sometimes I have to handle the machine SP which I have a license to operate. My job is to make co-workers job simple to complete orders to send to costumers. I love this job because it is something new for me and I love learning new things because it makes my experience grow in the Industrial field. I really enjoy working in that kind of environment where everyone treats people with respect.

Teacher Assistant

I have been working for the Southwest Key Program for around 3 years now and they have been pleasant with me since in a way I have the opportunity to serve and help the young people here, and not only them, since my job is also to help in other departments with my colleagues of work. Initially I started in the Department of Education and that has given me a lot of satisfaction since I have worked as a Teacher's Assistant.

and in this position, I have been able to enjoy how wonderful it is to teach and empower young people since I believe that as teachers, we are a good influence on students because we can help them develop their strength so that they can go as far as they propose. Also, here in this position I have been able to develop my Creativity in Activities and Events that we have organized through projects that we have planned here in the program and that motivates me to be part of this program and makes me very proud to belong to it.

and it is a great satisfaction for me to get involved in projects and activities for young people, because the only fact that this is done so that they have their moments of joy and forget what they are going through.

In my position I have been able to receive them and give them the necessary information that they need to follow rules and how to function in this place in which I

I tell them to see it as part of their journey and to learn as much as they can and take advantage

of it until they can reunite with their families.
