CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Follow up and control of day to day planning and supervision activities of multi disciplines: Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical HVAC, Scaffolding, Civil, Insulation and Painting departments.

2.Attend daily and weekly planning/Scheduling co-ordination meetings.

3.Supervise all Painting, building maintenance, roads, and drainage systems around the plant plus all outbuildings and access roads and walkways

4.Supervise the application of Insulation and fire proofing work on live plant and during shutdowns.

5.Ensure the work is carried out as per Project Specification developed by Royal Dutch Shell.

6.Acceptance and close out of work orders in SAP

7.Ensure work packages are completed as per schedule and within budget.

8.Arrange mobilization of manpower to and from the work area.

9.Reviewing and interpreting Isometric Drawings.

10.Apply and control of Permit to work, ISSOW system

11.Reporting daily progress and manpower in SAP

12.Coordinate with material department both client and contractor

13.Evaluation of technical bids of contractors.

14.Develop 5 years MRP (Maintenance Review Plan), allocating budgets and resources.

15.Develop MR (Material Requisition) packages for material purchase.

16.Create targets and follow up KPI’s for my team (200 people)

17.Rolling out, development and execution of CUI (Corrosion under insulation) and Atmospheric Corrosion Mitigation Project:
