I am working as a junior Executive in QA And QC (Quality Assurance/Control ) Department of Thal Engineering; the Company has a Technical Collaboration with DENSO, a leading manufacturer of Car Air-Conditioners in the world. Following are the responsibilities I have performed during my course of service in the company.

PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS.

Lean Manufacturing system Implement through Poka Yoke &GenchiGembatsu in AC, HE, HB Section

at In-house all compliant of customer defects.

Initiates the following Activities with modified form in thal Engineering

Process Capability.

Control Charts.

Process FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis)

RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis)

Heat Exchanger of Manufacturing Radiator & Condenser Inspection.

Conducting Vendor Improvement Program (V.I.P) at the vendor end.

RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) Analysis to be performed to reach the root cause to avoid

repetition.

Performing critical inspections (Plastic, Rubber, Metal, Casting, Machining and Fasteners) components.

Motivate the team members for “Kaizen” activity.

Maintain 5S of work area.

Prepared and monitored reports of QC tools and statistical process control on computer.

Managing vendor improvement activities and helping them to build a better Quality System.
