Developed and achieved approval from upper level management at Vanguard, for a department wide flexible work schedule program which allowed individuals to successfully complete all work assignments and achieve a better work-life balance resulting in an overall increase in employee morale. While in the money wiring department at Vanguard, developed standardized procedures and created an efficient training manual giving new employees to that area a reference guide successfully reducing training time. Assisted the Delaware County Community College Women’s Basketball team, as a key player, to the first playoff appearance in the last 15 years of school history, at that time. Ensure timely and accurate processing of applicants, by administering new hire tests and facilitating completion of all paperwork as a vital member of the Human Resources Department of Widener University. At QVC maintained excellent customer service causing increased repeat customers and a rise in sales revenue. Completed daily cash handling and settlement with speed and accuracy at both Mellon and Susquehanna Patriot Banks. I was given the successful parent award by DCIU Head Start as well as being promoted to Instructor Liaison. While at PennWood Middle School, I assisted the teachers by running one on one instruction, small group sessions as well as assisting students as they attended Regular Ed classes and special classes like Gym or Art. At Chester Community Charter School, I was a PSSA proctor and assisted teachers with 4th, 5th and 6th graders. At Job Corps I was on the Student Retention Committee. As a Nanny I have been able to help get the children school ready, help with transitioning from online to in person learning and facilitate an enjoyable lifelong learning atmosphere.
